Pre-shipment inspection covering frame structure, surface finish, mechanical functions, electrical components on motorized models, and accessory completeness before each unit moves to packaging.

Export packaging and loading area with hospital furniture cartons stacked on pallets

Export Packaging

Export-grade cartons, plywood crates, and palletized loading suitable for long-distance sea freight, full-container shipments, and consolidated B2B orders to distributors and healthcare project buyers.

Quality Control Process

Six-Step QC Flow Before Shipment

Each B2B order moves through a structured quality control flow — from raw material to container loading — so distributors and project buyers receive consistent hospital furniture.

  1. Incoming Material Check

Steel tubing, ABS panels, casters, motors, and accessories verified against the product specification before entering the production line.

  2. In-Process Inspection

Frame welding, structural alignment, height adjustment, and side-rail assembly checked at the station so issues are caught before downstream operations.

  3. Surface & Finish Check

Powder coating coverage, edge smoothness, ABS panel fit, and stainless steel surface quality reviewed for export-grade finish consistency.

  4. Function Test

Electric, manual, and motorized functions tested per unit, including back / leg lift, height adjustment, brake casters, IV pole sockets, and side-rail locking.

  5. Pre-Shipment Inspection

Final visual and functional check on a sampled batch before packaging, including accessory completeness, label accuracy, and order specification match.

  6. Loading & Container Check

Carton stacking, pallet stability, loading plan, and container condition verified before the shipment leaves the warehouse for the destination port.
